1   Supraspinatus 

2   Suprascapular vessels 

3   Spine of scapula 

4   Acromion 

5   Clavicle 

6   Infraspinatus 

7   Teres minor 

8   Teres major 

9    Long head of triceps brachii

10  Medial head of triceps brachii 

11  Lateral head of triceps brachii 

12  Axillary nerve 

13  Posterior circumflex humeral artery

14  Ascending branch of profunda brachii

15  Anterior circumflex humeral artery  

16  Rhomboideus major with dorsal scapular nerve
