Gallbladder

 

This structure is placed at the left side of the quadrate lobe of the liver. It is a piriform space placed at the inferior aspect of the right hepatic lobe. It has fundus, body and neck. Its cystic duct joins the hepatic duct coming from left and right lobes of the liver to form the common bile duct.

 

Artery

It is supplied by cystic artery.

 

Vein

It is drained by veins from the gall bladder which enter the liver directly.

 

Nerve

They are parasympathetic and sympathetic fibers which come from the celiac plexus.
