This is the most medial of the cords of brachial plexus which includes, lateral and posterior cords. It has the following branches:

bullet Median nerve
bullet Ulnar nerve
bullet Medial cutaneous nerve of forearm
bullet  Medial cutaneous nerve of arm
bullet  Medial pectoral erve
