PROXIMAL ATTACHMENT: Base is attached to the whole length of the coracoid process at its lateral border.

 

DISTAL ATTACHMENT: Apex is attached to the acromion.

 

FUNCTION: Support the coracoacromial arch.

 

JOINT: Coracoacromial arch.
