NUTRIENT ARTERY OF HUMERUS

ORIGIN: Brachial artery.

COURSE/DISTRIBUTION: This artery springs from the brachial artery at the middle of upper arm. It then enters the nutrient canal placed close to the insertion of coracobrachialis from where it runs downwards.
